TEMPORARY VOTER
REGISTRATION FACILITIES1

1.16.010 Establishment.
Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 29.07.105, and in addition to the regular voter registration facility of the city located at the city hall, there are established two temporary voter registration facilities for the city, the facilities to be operated in the time and manner provided. (1957 code § 1.43.010.)
1.16.020 Location.
The location of the temporary voter registration facilities shall be designated by resolution of the city council. (1957 code § 1.43.020.)
1.16.030 Time of operation.
The two temporary voter registration facilities shall be maintained during the 15-day period, excepting Sundays, prior to the last day to register in order to be eligible to vote at the state primary election, and during the 15-day period, excepting Sundays, prior to the last day to register in order to be eligible to vote at the state general election, on the following schedule:
A. Weekdays, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
B. Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (1957 code § 1.43.030.)
