2.05.010 Legal holidays.
The following days shall be recognized as legal holidays:

Whenever any legal holiday set forth in this section falls upon a Sunday, the following Monday shall be a legal holiday. Whenever any legal holiday set forth in this section falls upon a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be a legal holiday.
The city manager shall have the authority to administer holidays, floating holidays, and holiday overtime schedules as provided in the city personnel policies or applicable collective bargaining agreements. [Ord. 507 § 1, 2009]
2.05.020 Hours of business.
City offices shall be open for the transaction of business Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. except for legal holidays and such days or hours as may, from time to time, be specified by motion or resolution of the city council. [Ord. 503 § 1, 2008]
