2.10A.035 Commissioner salaries.
The annual salary to be paid members of the board of county commissioners for the period of January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2014, shall be as follows: for the period January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007, shall be ninety-five thousand two hundred and twenty-four dollars ($95,224); for the period January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008, shall be ninety-six thousand two hundred and twenty-four dollars ($96,224); for the period January 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009, shall be ninety-seven thousand two hundred and twenty-four dollars ($97,224) for position 3 only; and for the period January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, shall be ninety-eight thousand two hundred and twenty-four dollars ($98,224) for position 3 only. For the period January 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009, for positions 1 and 2, ninety-six thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($96,224); position 3 remains the same at ninety-seven thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($97,224); for the period January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, ninety-eight thousand two hundred and twenty-four dollars ($98,224) for all commissioners; for the period January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2011, for all commissioners, one hundred thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($100,224); for the period January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012, for all commissioners, one hundred two thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($102,224); for the period January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2013, for position 3 only, one hundred four thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($104,224); for the period January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014, for position 3 only, one hundred six thousand two hundred twenty-four dollars ($106,224).
