2.25.070 Term of office.

(a)    The term of office of members of the Social Services Planning Commission shall be three (3) years and until their successors are appointed and qualified, and (b) that any vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term; PROVIDED, that the terms of office for those individuals representing the advisory boards specified in Section 2.25.060 (b) above shall coincide with their respective terms of office on such advisory board.
