2.54.010 Established—Membership—Budget.

A boundary review board is established and shall be given the power and authority as granted to it by the State Legislature pursuant to Chapter 36.93 RCW and such amendments that may occur. The board shall consist of five (5) members to be selected under the manner prescribed by law and a budget shall be prepared after the board is organized to pay for the per diem expenses as provided by law.
