2.57.050 Term of office.

The initial term of office for all members shall be three (3) years. At the end of the initial three (3) year period, one-third (1/3) of the original positions, including representatives from each sector, will be filled for only one (1) year, after which they will again be three (3) year positions. One-third (1/3) of the original positions, including representatives from each sector, will be filled for only two (2) years, after which they will again be three (3) year positions. One-third (1/3) of the original positions, including representatives from each sector, will be filled for three (3) years. Any vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term, as needed. (Sec. 6 of Ord. 1996-07-39)
