2.74.010 Public interest.

It is found to be in the interest of the public, health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of Clark County to enter into that interlocal agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” which is incorporated herein by this reference, whereby Clark County agrees with other Clark County cities and political subdivisions to maintain and operate a consolidated public safety communications agency designated “Clark Regional Communications Agency.” (Res. 1975-09-61 (part), 1975)
