9.30.020 Escape.

The following statutes of the state are adopted by reference:

9.30.030 Stolen valor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fraudulently hold oneself out to be a recipient of a military medal or decoration described in 18 U.S.C. Section 704 with the intent to obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit.  Persons violating this statute shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.  (Ord. 16-22 §1).
