Interlocal Agreement Table
This table lists all contractual agreements with other municipalities that the district has entered into by resolution. Where “MOU” is noted, the resolution approved a Memorandum of Understanding instead of a binding agreement. A date listed here is the date on which an authorizing resolution was adopted by the district; it is not necessarily the date on which the agreement itself was signed by an authorized representative. Amending and superseding agreements generally affected the earlier agreements themselves, not the resolutions that authorized them.
