(2) Except as otherwise provided for in this section, a violation of or failure to comply with this section is a misdemeanor. [Ord. 1036 § 101, 1993.]

9.92.030 Throwing objects at moving vehicles.

(1) It is unlawful for a person to throw, push, roll, drop, swing, or otherwise propel or project an object, thing, or substance in such a manner as to strike or be likely to strike a moving vehicle on the public streets.

(2) A violation of or failure to comply with this section is a misdemeanor. [Ord. 1036 § 102, 1993.]
