13.15.010 Interim sewage disposal systems.
As an interim measure, on-site sewage systems must be located on the same lot as the building they are designed to serve. No septic tank, drainfield or related easements shall be permitted; provided, that the extension of this interim public health regulation shall not apply to single-family residences that are under order from the health department to replace a failed system and there are not on-site alternatives available to do so. (Ord. 98-102 § 2).
13.15.020 Conflicting easements.
As an interim measure, an on-site sewer systems (OSS) permit application shall provide certification from the Pierce County auditor that overlapping or conflicting easements will not result at the time an OSS drainfield easement is recorded on a parcel. (Ord. 98-102 § 3).
