Responsibility for the licensing and collection of fees for food sales and service establishments only is surrendered and transferred, as of September 1, 1974, to the Kittitas County health department pursuant to the request of the department and in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 70.46 RCW. [Ord. 3023 § 2, 1974.]

6.08.080 Condition of transfer.

This chapter is enacted upon the understanding and subject to the condition that the city shall hereafter be given full credit upon its annual health district contributions in amounts equal to the total sum of those license fees hereafter collected from those health department-regulated businesses or establishments which have heretofore been licensed under the provisions of ECC prior Sections 6.4.04 through 6.4.14, which have been repealed by Section 1 of Ordinance 3023.
