13.28.010 Title.
This chapter shall be known as the city of Federal Way existing building code.

13.28.020 2021 International Existing Building Code adopted.
The 2021 Edition of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), as published by the International Code Council (ICC), is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to Chapter 19.27 RCW and Chapter 51-50 WAC.

13.28.030 2021 International Existing Building Code amendments.
(1) IEBC 101.1, Title, is hereby amended to read as follows:
These regulations shall be known as the Existing Building Code of the City of Federal Way, hereinafter referred to as “this code.”
