9.52.010 Sprinkling of city streets prohibited.

The sprinkling of the traveled portion of the streets of the city by the residents thereof is forbidden. (Ord. 2007-18 § 2).

9.52.020 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of this section is a civil infraction and shall be subject to penalty of a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 and further subject to having the water service to the property from which said sprinkling occurred disconnected by the city, or both such penalty and such disconnection. (Ord. 2007-18 § 2).
