The classification of “non-charter code city” is adopted for the City of Issaquah in lieu of its present classification as a municipal corporation of the third class. Incident to such change of classification, the City elects to retain its present form of government, that is, the Mayor-Council plan of government. (Ord. 1094 § 1, 1972).
