2.16.010 Created.

Fire and emergency medical services for the City shall be provided by Eastside Fire and Rescue, which has been created through an Interlocal Agreement, dated November 3, 1998, between the City of Issaquah and King County Fire Protection District No. 10. (Ord. 2219 § 1, 1999; Ord. 1230 § 1, 1976).

2.16.020 Fire Chief and Fire Marshal.

The Fire Chief of Eastside Fire and Rescue shall serve as the City’s Fire Chief, and the Fire Marshal of Eastside Fire and Rescue shall serve as the City’s Fire Marshal. (Ord. 2219 § 2, 1999; Ord. 1230 § 2, 1976).
