The Custodial Care Standards for Detention Facilities, Chapters 1 through 42, as adopted in 1987 by the Corrections Committee of the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs, which are not classified as advisory, are hereby adopted by reference. (Ord. 1778 § 1, 1988).
