LAKE TRADITION FUND

3.54.010 Created – Purpose.

There is hereby a new fund, entitled “Lake Tradition Fund,” for the purpose of accounting for proceeds received from the management of City owned property, formerly known as the Watershed Property and expansions thereto. All expenditures and disbursements from such fund shall be made from time to time as authorized by the City Council. (Ord. 1382 § 1, 1979).

3.54.020 Finance Director authority.

The Finance Director is authorized and directed to establish and administer such fund and to make such temporary investments of fund proceeds as deemed appropriate in a Federally insured banking institution. (Ord. 1382 § 2, 1979).
