CHARGES FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS AND SERVICES

Members of the public requesting Police Department copies of reports are required to pay the City the sum of $6.00 per report; and those requesting fingerprinting services rendered by the Police Department are required to pay the City $5.00 for each fingerprinting card. The Police Department shall issue receipts for such charges and account to the City Treasurer for revenues obtained. (Ord. 1925 § 1, 1992; Ord. 1318 § 1, 1978).
