JAIL CONSTRUCTION FUND

3.76.010 Created.

There is created a new fund entitled the Jail Construction Fund. Revenue provided by the State Jail Commission shall be deposited into such fund, and disbursements shall be made from such fund for the costs incurred in the construction of the Issaquah City Jail to meet State Jail Commission standards. (Ord. 1472 § 1, 1981).
