SEWER CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND

3.98.010 Created.

There is created a new fund entitled Sewer Capital Projects Fund. Proceeds of the special connection charge received by the City pursuant to Ordinance No. 1323, as amended, shall be paid into such fund, together with moneys from other sources which may become available from time to time. Disbursements therefrom shall be authorized for projects approved by the City Council. (Ord. 1541 § 1, 1982).
