9.40.030 Injury or destruction of property.

It is unlawful for any person to wantonly destroy, cut, alter, remove, deface, mark or write upon, or in any manner injure any window, fence, gate, bridge, dwelling, house, engine house, building, awning, railing or any other property, public or private, not his own. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).
