It is unlawful for any person to make any wilfully untrue, misleading or exaggerated statement, or to wilfully hinder, delay or obstruct any public officer in the discharge of his or her official powers or duties. (Ord. 1664 § 2, 1985).

9.60.030 Escape.

9.60.040 Vehicles resembling police or fire vehicles.
Within the City, no person shall operate a motor vehicle which is painted and contains decals, numbers, name, or insignia so as to simulate a Police or Fire Department vehicle without prior authorization from the Police Chief, Fire Chief or their designees. (Ord. 1782 § 15, 1988).
9.60.050 Failure to abide by order to vacate.
Whenever a police officer has a reasonably well founded suspicion based on specific and articulable facts, that a person in a public park or on other public property has engaged or is engaging in criminal activity, the officer may order the individual to leave the area. An individual who fails to abide by such order shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1782 § 16, 1988).
