12.03.010 Access improvements required.

Where nonresidentially zoned property does not have any frontage along an existing public right-of-way, and the City has a full-width public street at that location designated in the TIP but has not yet constructed the street, any development, redevelopment, or change in use shall require the owner/developer to design and construct full-width street improvements along the property line and to a point of connection to a public right-of-way. The improvements shall incorporate appropriate transportation design and construction of the roadway for vehicle capacity, safety, and multimodal use (complete streets) to develop its access as well as mitigate its impacts and in accordance with the City’s street standards and any other applicable City, state, or federal laws. (Ord. 2515 § 1, 2008).

12.03.020 Dedication of right-of-way.

Once completed the property owner shall dedicate the improvements and their right-of-way to the City of Issaquah. (Ord. 2515 § 1, 2008).
