A fee for each permit for clearing, grading, and stormwater management shall be paid to the City as set forth in the fee schedule adopted pursuant to Chapter 3.65 IMC. The fee for a clearing and grading permit authorizing additional work to that of a valid permit shall be the difference between the fee paid for the original permit and the fee specified for the entire project on the fee schedule.
