For all applications for a permit allowing clearing, grading, and stormwater management, the permittee or his agent shall notify the Director or his/her designee when the clearing, grading, and stormwater facility operation at each stage is ready for final inspection. Final approval shall not be given until all work has been completed in accordance with the final approved project plan and all permit conditions have been met and the required final reports (including hard copy and scanned as-built record drawings and AutoCAD drawing) have been submitted.
