In addition to any of the other remedies in this chapter, any violation of this chapter is declared a public nuisance and a civil violation subject to enforcement pursuant to Chapter 8.45 IMC. Injunction proceedings or other appropriate action may be initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction against any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter in order to prevent, enjoin, abate or terminate violations of this chapter or to restore the property to its original conditions, as nearly as practicable.
