Committee of the Whole meetings will be held as set forth annually by resolution. In the absence of an annual meeting resolution, regular Committee of the Whole meetings will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall South, 135 E. Sunset Way, Issaquah, Washington. Regular Committee of the Whole meetings will also include a virtual attendance option using virtual meeting software.

Committee of the Whole meetings will be presided over by the Council President.
