A. The Arts Commission shall elect from its members a Chair and Vice-Chair. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and a majority vote of those present shall be necessary to carry any proposition.

B. The Board shall determine a regular meeting schedule (time, place, frequency), as necessary, but no less frequent than once very 2 months. All meetings shall be open to the public and notice of meetings shall comply with the Washington Open Public Meetings Act, to the extent proceedings of the Commission are governed by such Act.

C. The Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary for the conduct of its business. The rules and regulations shall be reviewed by the City Council and revised by the Council as may be required. The Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings, which shall be a public record.
