The City Council adopts by reference that certain document entitled “Visual Arts Collection Policies” which is on file in the office of the City Clerk for use and examination by the public. The visual arts collection policies adopted herein shall guide the City in the acquisition, retention and deaccession of visual works of art. (Ord. 1965 § 1, 1993).
