10.45.010 Operation in Tradition Plateau Natural Resource Conservation Area (TPNRCA) prohibited – Exception.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized vehicle on any property zoned TPNRCA, other than portions thereof designated by the City for vehicular traffic, unless authorized to do so by the Public Works Department. (Ord. 2031 § 3, 1994; Ord. 1664 § 4, 1985).

10.45.020 Stopping, standing or parking prohibited – Exception.

It is unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a motorized vehicle, whether attended or unattended, on any property zoned TPNRCA unless authorized to do so by the Public Works Department. (Ord. 2031 § 3, 1994; Ord. 1664 § 4, 1985).

10.45.030 Violation – Penalty.

Any person who is convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed 1 year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1664 § 4, 1985).
