POOL TABLES AND CARD TABLES*

5.12.010 License fees – Pool and billiard tables.
For pool tables and billiard tables there shall be paid a license fee of $25.00 per year for three tables or less, and $20.00 per year for each additional table. (Ord. 222 § 1, 1974).
5.12.020 License fees – Card tables.
For card tables there shall be paid a license fee of $150.00 per year for the first table, and $50.00 per year for each additional table. (Ord. 222 § 2, 1974).
5.12.030 License fees – Due when – Delinquency.
These license fees are due annually on February 1st and become delinquent February 15th. (Ord. 222 § 3, 1974).
5.12.040 Licenses – Nontransferable.
Any license issued under and by virtue of the provisions of this chapter shall be nontransferable. (Ord. 222 § 4, 1974).
5.12.050 Violation – Penalty.
Violations of this chapter shall be punished by a civil fine not to exceed $500.00. (Ord. 02-678 § 1; Ord. 279 Att. A § 2, 1978; Ord. 222 § 5, 1974).
