The jurisdiction of the city of Kittitas is and shall be exempt from the prohibitions set forth in RCW 9.141.050(4) as enacted and as may be hereafter modified or recodified. This exemption is made under the authority of RCW 9.131.050(6). (Ord. 486 § 1, 1994).
