NORTHWEST HEALTH FOUNDATION PRIVATE-PURPOSE TRUST FUND

3.21.010 Fund – Created.

There is hereby created for the city of Longview a new trust fund to be designated as “Northwest Health Foundation private-purpose trust fund” into which all Highlands Neighborhood Association grant funds received from the Northwest Health Foundation shall be deposited. (Ord. 3120 § 1, 2009).

3.21.020 Expenditures.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants, may draw on said fund only as authorized by the rules, regulations, and requirements as specified in the memorandum of understanding between the city of Longview and the Highlands Neighborhood Association, dated February 26, 2009, and any amendments thereto. (Ord. 3120 § 1, 2009).
