9.12.010 Obstruction of extinguishment of fire.

It is unlawful for any person:

A. To cut, injure, destroy or obstruct any engine, hose or other fire apparatus; or

B. To disobey the lawful orders of a public officer at the scene of a fire; or

C. To otherwise prevent or obstruct the extinguishment of any fire. (Ord. A-91 § 1, 1991).
