1.20.010 Designated.

Except in cases where a different punish­ment is prescribed by any ordinance of the city, any person convicted of a violation under the city code shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000, or by imprisonment not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1088 § 5, 1999: Ord. 385 § 1 (part), 1974).

1.20.020 Each day separate offense.

Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any por­tion of which any violation of any provision of the city code is committed, continued or per­mitted by any such person, and he shall be pun­ished accordingly. (Ord. 385 § 1 (part), 1974).
