1.16.010 City limits.

The city limits of the city shall and do consist of the territory embraced within the following described boundaries, to wit: Commencing at a point where the west line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 8, north of Range 24, E.W.M., intersects with the south bank of the Yakima River; thence in a southerly direction along said west line to the southwest corner of said northeast quarter of northwest quarter aforesaid; thence easterly along the south line of said northeast quarter of northwest quarter and the south line of the north half of the northeast quarter of said Section 11, to point of intersection on the section line between Sections 11 and 12, Township 8, north of Range 24, E.W.M.; thence easterly along the south line of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 12, to the southeast corner of said northwest quarter of northwest quarter; thence northerly along the east line of said northwest quarter of northwest quarter of said Section 12, to point of intersection on the section line between Sections 1 and 12, Township 8, north of Range 24, E.W.M.; thence easterly along said section line a distance of 265.2 feet to a point; thence northerly on a line 265.2 feet distant from, and parallel with the west line of the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 8, north of Range 24, E.W.M., to the southeasterly corner of Tract 2, of the first Addition to Highland Addition to Prosser; thence easterly along the south line of said First Addition to the southeasterly corner of Tract 10, of said First Addition; thence north along the east line of said First Addition, also the east line of Tract 10, of Highland Addition to Prosser, to the northeast corner of said Tract 10; thence westerly along the north line of said Highland Addition to the northwest corner of Tract 1 thereof, which point is on the east line of west half of the northwest quarter of Section 1, Township 8, north of Range 24, E.W.M.; thence northerly along said east line to point of intersection with the south bank of the Yakima River; thence in a southwesterly direction along the south bank of said Yakima River to point of beginning. 1.16.020 Lee Road revision.

The corporate limits of the city of Prosser are hereby revised to include the following described real property, which consists of roadway and road right-of-way:

Per J-U-B Engineers’ Road Plan, Drawing Number 30049H402, dated 03-26-02, a right-of-way for public road and turnaround knuckle, said road being forty feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows:

That portion of Government Lot 5, Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 25 East, W.M., described as follows:

Said centerline of Lee Road beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 32, a distance thereon north 00° 05′ 05′′ east, 1,630.10 feet from the southwest corner thereof; thence north 75° 12′ 57′′ east, 47.53 feet to a brass cap in a monument case, Station 23+58.00, at the point of curvature of a tangent curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 600.00 feet and a central angle of 07° 30′ 42′′; thence easterly along said curve, a distance of 78.66 feet, curving to the left, to a brass cap in a monument case, Station 24+36.66; thence north 67° 42′ 15′′ east, 538.33 feet to a brass cap in a monument case, Station 29+75.00; thence continuing north 67° 42′ 15′′ east, 564.82 feet to end at the extension of the east line of Short Plat 850, the right-of-way being truncated at said extension of the east line of Short Plat 850; and the turnaround knuckle being that described in Auditor’s Fee Number 2002011501, corrected as follows:

Beginning on the northerly right-of-way line of said Lee Road, at Station 28+77.26; thence leaving said right-of-way northeasterly 54.32 feet along the arc of a circular curve concave to the northwest, said curve having a radius of 40.00 feet, a central angle of 77° 48′ 20′′, and a long chord that bears north 28° 48′ 21′′ east, 50.24 feet; thence northerly, easterly, and southeasterly 162.94 feet along the arc of a circular curve concave to the southeast, said curve having a radius of 60.00 feet the radius point of which is marked by a brass cap in a monument case, Station 29+75.00 left, 39.00 feet, said curve also having a central angle of 155° 36′ 02′′, and a long chord that bears north 67° 42′ 15′′ east, 117.29 feet; thence southeasterly 54.32 feet along the arc of a circular curve concave to the northeast, said curve having a radius of 40.00 feet, a central angle of 77° 48′ 20′′, and a long chord that bears south 73° 23′ 51′′ east, 50.24 feet to a point of cusp on said northerly right-of-way; thence along said northerly right-of-way south 67° 42′ 15′′ west, 195.49 feet to the point of beginning.
