PROPERTY ACQUISITION FUND
Sections:
3.20.010 Creation.
There is created in the city a capital project fund to be known as the property acquisition fund. (Ord. 1935 § 1, 1982).
3.20.020 Payments.
Payments into the fund shall be general obligation bond funds received through an inside levy (councilmanic bonds) for expenditures made in furtherance of approved property acquisition projects. (Ord. 1935 § 2, 1982).
3.20.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon authority of the city council for projects approved as a part of the city’s property acquisition program. (Ord. 1935 § 3, 1982).
