9.10.010 Threats to do harm.
It is unlawful for any person to communicate, directly or indirectly, the intent to cause bodily injury to another person or the intent to cause physical damage to the property of another. Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of the offense of threats to do harm. 9.10.020 Provoking assault.
It is unlawful for any person to willfully provoke or attempt to provoke, by word, sign or gesture, another person to commit an assault or breach of the peace. Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of the offense of provoking assault. 9.10.030 Crime Prevention Fund contribution required.
In any case where an accused has been convicted of the below-listed offenses, there shall be, in addition to any fine levied, a penalty in the amount of $150.00 per case, which shall be nonsuspendable, and which shall be paid to the Police Department’s Crime Prevention Fund. The fact that this penalty is imposed on each case shall not in any way reduce the obligation of the accused to pay the fine prescribed by the court:
