PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND

There is hereby created a fund of the town of Twisp, Washington to be known as the cumulative reserve fund for public buildings and grounds, which fund shall be kept and accounted for by the town treasurer as other funds of said town. (Ord. 67-A § 1, 1945)
3.50.020 Purpose.
The purposes for which said fund is established shall be for the construction of a Town Hall and other municipal buildings, and for the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the same, and for additions thereto, and for the landscaping, planting and maintenance of the grounds surrounding municipal buildings and of any municipal parks and playgrounds of the town of Twisp. 3.50.030 Allocations.
Each year hereafter, commencing with the budget for the year of 1946, the town council shall provide by budget such funds as said council shall deem proper to be allocated to said cumulative reserve fund, and the monies in said fund or any balance thereof shall be allowed to accumulate from year to year until the town council shall expend the same for the purposes specified.
