3.65.010 Established.
There is hereby established for the town of Twisp a budget fund to be known as the urban arterial street fund. (Ord. 226 § 1, 1978)
3.65.020 Deposits and disbursements.
All funds received by the town pursuant to enabling legislation as set forth in the preamble to the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be deposited in said fund and all disbursements from said fund shall be made by warrant drawn thereon pursuant to vouchers authorized and approved by the town council. (Ord. 226 § 2, 1978)
3.65.030 Clerk-treasurer – Duties.
The clerk-treasurer of the town is hereby authorized and directed to do and perform all acts necessary and required to establish said fund all as prescribed by the statutes of the state of Washington relating to budgets in fourth class towns and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. (Ord. 226 § 3, 1978)
