ROLLER SKATING RINKS, BOWLING ALLEYS AND TRAVELING SHOWS

5.10.010 License required.

It will hereafter be unlawful for any person to conduct or aid in the conducting of any of the below-named businesses without first securing a license from the town clerk, signed by the clerk and the mayor of the town of Twisp, and license fees shall be as follows:

(1) Roller skating rink: $10.00 per year;

(2) Bowling alleys: $10.00 per year;

(3) Traveling shows: $5.00 per day. (Ord. 45 § 1, 1922)

5.10.020 Business to be conducted in orderly manner.

All the above-named businesses shall be respectable and conducted in an orderly manner. (Ord. 45 § 2, 1922)

5.10.030 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not to exceed $50.00, together with the costs of prosecution. (Ord. 45 § 3, 1922)
