8.10.010 Burning prohibited – Exception.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn, or permit to be burned, any garbage, refuse or waste materials of any kind, except dry paper, within the fire limits of the town of Twisp. (Ord. 61 § 1, 1940)
8.10.020 Paper burning permitted – Conditions.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn any paper within the fire limits of the town of Twisp except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and except in an incinerator that is completely enclosed, and equipped with a screen top of heavy weight and not larger than one-half inch wire mesh. (Ord. 61 § 2, 1940)
8.10.030 Container requirements.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to accumulate, or allow to be accumulated, within the fire limits of the town of Twisp any garbage, refuse or waste material in any manner except in leak-proof metal containers equipped with tight-fitting lids kept in place at all times.
