The jurisdiction of the town of Twisp, Okanogan County, Washington is and shall be exempt from the prohibitions set forth in subsection (4) of RCW 9.41.050 as presently enacted and as may be hereafter modified or recodified. This exemption is enacted pursuant to RCW 9.41.050, subsection (6). (Ord. 415 § 1, 1994)
