ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS IN TOWN PARK

13.55.010 Temporary hookups available.

Electrical hookups for temporary use in the Twisp town park shall be available to the general public only in accordance with the regulations and procedure set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 250 § 1, 1980)

13.55.020 Availability on first-come, first-served basis.

The availability of electrical hookups in the Twisp town park for use by the general public shall be on a first-come, first-served basis. Any persons desiring to use an electrical hookup in the town park shall notify the Twisp town clerk, during regular business hours, at least one day in advance of the day on which such use is sought. Upon receipt of such notification, the town clerk is instructed to place such person's name on a priority list for electrical hookups on the desired date of use, and to ascertain on the basis of such list whether any electrical hookup shall be available on that date. 13.55.030 Fees.

There is hereby set and established as fee for the use of such electrical hookups in the town park, the sum of $10.00 for every day or part thereof for which use is to be made of said electrical hookups. The fee for electrical use shall be paid to the town clerk at the time of reserving the same with the clerk. (Ord. 250 § 3, 1980)

13.55.040 Regulations for use.

No person shall use the electrical hookups in the town park without prior arrangement being made therefor, as hereinabove set forth, or in an unsafe manner, nor shall any person connect any unsafe electrical line, plug, appliance or other object to said electrical hookups. (Ord. 250 § 4, 1980)

13.55.050 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor, and any person found to be violating any term or provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $15.00 nor more than $25.00. (Ord. 250 § 5, 1980)
