The election precincts for the unincorporated areas of Whatcom County shall be designated as follows:

Precinct 101

Beginning at the point in Sec 33, T 41 N, R 3W, where the international boundary line intersects the meander line at the west side of Georgia Strait; then southerly and easterly along the meander line and continuing northerly along the meander line of the west side of Boundary Bay to its intersection with the international boundary line in Sec 35, T 41 N, R 3W; then west approximately 2 1/2 miles to the point of beginning.

Precinct 102

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Shintaffer Road and Birch Bay Drive; then west along said centerline of Birch Bay Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Birch Point Road; then west along said centerline of Birch Point Road and its extension to its intersection with the shoreline of Semiahmoo Bay; then northeasterly along said shoreline to its intersection with the city limits of the City of Blaine; then easterly and southerly and easterly and northerly along said city limits to its intersection with the shoreline of Drayton Harbor; then southeasterly along said shoreline to its intersection with the centerline of Shintaffer Road; then south along said centerline of Shintaffer Road to the point of beginning.
