21.40.015 Applications – Requirements.

Application requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of WMC 17.09.030. (Ord. 496 § 2 (Att. B), 2010; Ord. 242 § 10, 1999; Ord. 175 § 1, 1997)

21.40.035 Vesting.

(1) A project permit shall vest upon submittal of a complete application for a project permit.

(2) Supplemental information required after acceptance and vesting of a complete application, pursuant to WMC 17.09.030, shall not affect the validity of the vesting for such application.

(3) Vesting of an application does not vest any subsequently required project permits, nor does it affect the requirements for vesting of subsequent project permits or approvals.

21.40.070 Applications – Limitations on refiling.

Upon denial by the City of a project permit, no new application for substantially the same proposal shall be accepted within one year from the date of denial. (Ord. 496 § 2 (Att. B), 2010; Ord. 242 § 10, 1999; Ord. 175 § 1, 1997)
