DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC FACILITIES AND CAPITAL PROJECTS

2.58.010 Formation and supervision.

There shall be a department of public facilities and capital projects, headed by a public facilities and capital projects director, appointed by the manager and provided with a job description and responsibilities. (Ord. 08-11-192 § 4)

2.58.020 Structure.

The department shall contain the following divisions which shall address separate and distinct functions:

A. Water and sewer division.

B. Streets and roads division.

C. Building maintenance division.

D. Capital projects division. (Ord. 08-11-192 § 4)

2.58.030 Duties of the department.

The department shall administer and perform all borough activities as they relate to municipal water and sewer services, municipal streets and roads maintenance, municipal building and parks maintenance, annual household hazardous waste collection, the operation of the municipal cemetery, the support to other borough facilities, including but not limited to docks and harbors, and development and management of all borough capital projects.
