ENFORCEMENT

11.24.010 Issuance.
The city manager is authorized to issue such administrative rules and regulations as may be necessary to put this title into operation and effect. Such rules and regulations as may be issued shall be consistent with the provisions of this title. (Code 1962 § 17-16)
