JURISDICTION AND AUTHORITY

14.12.010 City council.
The boat harbor facilities and all additions and improvements thereto, whether or not contiguous to the present facilities, and any other boat harbor facilities owned by or leased to the city, shall be under the jurisdiction of the council. (Ord. 818 § 2, 1975)
